Caroline Austen Equine Shiatsu Practitioner and freelance designer
Caroline is a qualified Equine Shiatsu practitioner passed with distinction a 2 year Diploma of Equine Shiatsu at the School of Equine Shiatsu. She is currently registering as a practitioner with the Equine Shiatsu Association
She is also a freelance designer, designing promotional material for small companies ranging from leaflets to websites. She has a BA(Hons) in Fine Art from Oxford Brookes University. Caroline also has many years experience designing for business's ranging from Sony to Portman Building Society.
Caroline has been involved with horses since the age of 10, when she began riding. She has competed at Pony Club level and also with her University Riding team. Amber (pictured right) was Carolines first pony and is still going strong aged 26.
Alongside studying Equine Shiatsu, she is also taking a 3 year course in human Shiatsu with the Shiatsu College Manchester.
In the future she hopes to use Shiatsu alongside other energy therapies to help promote health in both horse and rider, specialising in nervous and young horses, also horses that are in rehabilitation.
